Personal Fitness Trainer Ottawa On CTV

Hamstrings are a very important muscle group for posture and strength. It’s very important to keep them strong and balanced especially when it comes to improving the stability of your knees. It’s composed of 3 muscle groups the bicep femoris, semitendinosus and semimembranosus. These muscles do not all attach to the bone in the same way and an imbalance can mean pulling the knee apart usually feeling pain on both sides of the knee. Keeping your knees in will shift the weight to the bicep femoris and keeping the knees out will shift the weight to the semitendinosus and semimembranosus. In this superset I am targeting both. Try it out.
