Coffee with coconut oil creamer for pre-workout

1) 3/4 cup coconut oil, organic (soft but not melted)
2) 1/2 cup of raw honey (ideally locally sourced)
3) 1 tsp. cinnamon powder, organic.
4) 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
5) 1 tbsp cocoa powder, organic

 Mix it all together and add to your morning coffee!

 Energy Bites


 1) 1 1/2 cups chopped dried apple
2) 1/2 cup of dates
3) 1/2 tbsp honey (ideally locally sourced)
4) 1 tsp nutmeg
5) 2 tbsp cinnamon
6) 1/2 cup toasted pecans
 You can also add oats as an option.

 Mix it all together (in a mixer) and roll them into little balls. Put in refrigerator

 No Carb Pancakes


 1) 2-3 egg whites
2) 1 scoop protein
3) half a banana
4) 1 1/2 – 2 tbsp water
5) 1 tsp baking powder
* top with 1 tbsp of your fave nut butter!

 Mix and make with coconut oil in a frying pan

 Chocolate Peanut Butter Treat


..or Ice cream as an option
1) 1 cup of greek yogourt
2) 1 scoop of organic chocolate whey protein
3) 2 tablespoon of peanut butter or almond butter

 freeze for one hour for healthy ice cream!
