Zoe Cunningham
Personal Trainer at Albert
Zoe’s fitness journey began in high school in Kingston, Ontario, where she quickly developed a passion for health, movement, and performance. What started as training friends and family for fun soon turned into something more meaningful—sparking her desire to pursue coaching as a career and help others build confidence through fitness.
Zoe is currently completing her degree in Human Kinetics at the University of Ottawa, where she continues to deepen her understanding of exercise science, movement, and long-term health. With a strong athletic background, she has participated in a variety of sports, including soccer, hockey, and rock climbing, giving her a well-rounded perspective on training for both performance and general fitness.
She brings over three years of coaching experience as a climbing coach at The Boiler Room Climbing Gym and Coyote Rock Gym, where she worked closely with athletes of all levels to develop technique, confidence, and problem-solving skills. In addition, her experience at the Kingston Military Community Sports Centre has provided her with a strong understanding of client support, community engagement, and creating a welcoming environment for all individuals in a fitness facility.
Zoe’s goal is to make training an enjoyable and sustainable part of your lifestyle. She is passionate about helping clients build lifelong habits, feel stronger both physically and mentally, and become the healthiest version of themselves.
