My fitness journey began during high school, and it was heavily influenced by social media and diet culture. Like many, I absorbed a lot of misinformation that led me down a path of under-eating and overtraining.
Today, my approach to training has transformed. I now focus on what I can achieve and how to optimize performance. This shift in mindset led me to start competing in triathlons, where I discovered a new passion and a deeper understanding of the importance of a well-rounded approach to fitness.
I started in the fitness industry by attending Algonquin College’s Health and Fitness Promotion program. I continue to pursue education and expand my knowledge through various courses and certifications.
Outside the gym, you’ll find me in the kitchen, whipping up nutritious and delicious meals. I love being outdoors, whether I’m hiking, biking, or simply enjoying the beauty of nature. And I’m an avid reader, always seeking new knowledge and inspiration.
My main goal as a trainer is to help you understand the incredible potential you hold and guide you toward your goals in a sustainable and holistic way.
