The super fat burner that will get you ripped up fast

A client asked me; "Is there a supplement I can take that will get me ripped?" If you know me, you will know that I'm not a big fan of fat burners unless they have great health benefits associated with them first like L-Carnitine or CO Q10 or ECGC which are not the type of supplement that you will be raving about the results.

But the point I want to make is that a lot of times it's not about adding anything, It's about eliminating something. Is there anything you could change in your diet that you know is holding you back? How about these:

  • Sweeteners
  • Sugars
  • Caffeine
  • Sauces
  • Big portions
  • Snaking
  • Alcohol
  • Smoking
  • Cheat days

What can you eliminate today that will help you get leaner and healthier?
