Tatiana Moïse
My name is Tatiana, and I’m the eldest of five siblings. Movement has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. From ballet classes to soccer games and track & field meets, it was inevitable that I would one day end up in the weight room. This eventually became a passion, and I decided to devote my life to my well-being and becoming the best version of myself. Coming from a family that wasn’t very health-focused, it became a lifestyle for me to share and promote this passion for wellness among my peers. After studying at Algonquin College in the health & fitness program, I wanted to expand my knowledge and became certified to train with ISSA. Since then, I’ve enjoyed teaching and helping people find joy in training. Being the eldest sibling, along with my experience in athletics, has shaped who I am today, equipping me with countless skills such as leadership, empathy, dedication, teamwork, and much more. Watching people meet their goals and discover hidden strengths is my favorite part of training, followed by the variety of amazing people I get to work with as I continue to rediscover my passion.
