Oona practiced sports since a young age. She mostly practiced martial arts . This sport thought her patience, discipline, resilience and different training techniques for point fighting. In 2018 she began strength training in the gym and found herself through fitness. She believes fitness can help people build their confidence intuitively, build a strong mind and strong body. Her specialty is weightlifting and mostly loves to build the lower body.
 
Oona is a certified personal trainer and got certified with the International Sport Science Association, she believes in ongoing education throughout her personal training career. She is the type of trainer that is detail oriented, passionate, understanding, supportive and attentive.
