Some might see philosophy and fitness as worlds apart — one rooted in thought, the other in movement. But as someone who has spent years researching, reading, and writing essays and books, I find exercise to be the antidote to philosophy. I hold a Master’s degree in Philosophy and spend much of my free time immersed in intellectual pursuits. Yet, my passion for soccer has always been a driving force in my life. My connection to fitness and sport began on the soccer field, where I started playing at the age of four and joined a professional academy for U13.

Unfortunately, after multiple injuries—including four ACL tears—I had to step away from playing competitively. However, my love for the game never faded. At 18, I transitioned into coaching, starting with U12 teams before joining one of Iran’s top academies, Paykan FC, as a trainer and theoretician. There, I was proud to contribute to championship wins for U15 in 2020, U17 in 2022, and U19 in 2021, as well as scouting talents for the U19 national team.

Alongside soccer, I competed as a youth athlete in track, becoming the champion of the 3000 meters in Tehran Province and runner-up nationally. I specialize in designing cardio and interval training programs that optimize athletic performance.

I moved to Canada in 2023 to pursue further growth and recently graduated from Algonquin College’s Fitness and Health Promotion program. I am also a certified personal trainer through the International Sports Science Association (ISSA).

I bring a unique blend of analytical thinking and athletic experience to my coaching — helping clients not only build physical strength but also cultivate resilience and a deeper connection with their own journey.
