I’m a personal trainer with over 10 years of experience helping people move better, feel stronger, and build confidence in the gym.

 

I’m certified through Free Form Academy and specialize in Muscle Activation Techniques (MAT) for the upper body, lower body, and trunk/spine. I also completed an internship with The Exercise Mechanic, where I developed a deeper understanding of movement, pain, and functional anatomy.

 

I love working with beginners, individuals dealing with injuries, and older adults who want to stay active and independent. Whether you’re just getting started or working around limitations, my goal is to meet you where you’re at and help you progress safely and effectively.
