Julia Morris

I grew up as an active kid, playing most sports throughout school. When high school came around, I lost the love for sports and hated most physical activity.

During COVID, I started my fitness journey as an outlet for myself and a way to improve my overall wellbeing. When I started weight training, I was inconsistent and clueless. I began training with a trainer who helped build my confidence in the gym and love for fitness. I now firmly believe in fitness as a lifestyle, to not only better physical health, but mental health as well.

This inspired me to want to help people in the same way my trainer helped me, so I went on to get my PT certification through the ISSA.

My love for learning about the body, mind, and what we can do to better ourselves only grew from there, taking any opportunity to complete new certifications, courses, or simply learn from those around me.

I believe everyone deserves to love themselves and be confident in their own skin and I want to help my clients get there.

My main goal is to help clients make fitness a lifestyle, not a chore.
