I’ve been passionate about fitness and weightlifting for as long as I can remember, and over the years I’ve discovered that the gym is about so much more than just lifting weights—it’s about building confidence, feeling strong, and enjoying the process.

 

I know firsthand how intimidating stepping into a gym can be because I’ve been there myself. That’s why my goal is to create an inclusive space where everyone feels comfortable, supported, and empowered, no matter where they’re starting from.
