- Start your fitness journey! You’ll have the freedom to complete the workouts on your time, whether it’s at the gym, work, or from the comfort of your home.
- Weekly check-ins via email to monitor your progress, address any questions or concerns, and offer guidance as needed.

- After approximately 4-6 weeks we’ll update your exercise program to challenge your growing capabilities and adapt to your evolving goals.
- You get a session with your trainer to review and refine your exercises, ensuring you’re maximizing your results and minimizing the risk of injury.
- Continued weekly check-ins via email to maintain accountability and offer ongoing support.
