With a BSc in Human Kinetics, he has a strong foundation in exercise science and human movement. His passion for health and fitness stems from a lifelong involvement in sports, having grown up participating in a wide range of athletic activities.
Cameron takes a holistic approach to training, creating fun and engaging experiences for clients while emphasizing sustainable lifestyle changes for long-term health. His ultimate goal is to help individuals live long, vibrant lives through fitness.
