Azba‘s interest in the fitness field dates back to her days as a student of Physical Therapy. Always intrigued with the concepts of biomechanics she has come a long way and her goal is to make lifting and fitness accessible to all people no matter where they are in their journey of health and wellness. She believes that some movement is better than no movement.
Azba has always encouraged people to actively participate in healing of their bodies from pains and aches by engaging in workouts that feels safe to them. Her priority is to make lifting and exercising less intimidating for all people who are new to this avenue. Planning simple yet effective programs is key for her, as she feels that fitness does not necessarily have to be complex to achieve your goals.
Azba likes to read, write and take walks in nature during her free time. She always is enthusiastic about educating her clients and never shies aways from answering their questions.
