Amélie Sabourin
Personal Trainer at Albert
I began my fitness journey at a young age, playing competitive soccer for six years before transitioning to competitive indoor and beach volleyball. Today, I continue to embrace an active lifestyle through strength training, running, hiking, and recreational sports with friends and family. These experiences taught me the value of discipline, consistency, and fitness, and inspired my passion for helping others live active, healthy lives.
I am a certified personal trainer with the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), and I am currently completing my bachelor’s degree in Human Kinetics at the University of Ottawa. Combining my education with my experience as a competitive athlete, I am committed to helping people improve their health, lead an active lifestyle, and contribute to their overall well-being.
My goal as a personal trainer is to help people feel strong, confident and comfortable in their bodies. I believe fitness should be enjoyable, sustainable and fun! Whether you are new to the gym, returning from a break or working toward a new goal, I’d love to help you build healthy habits and a routine that supports your long term success!
