This is my wife Chelsea's favorite. What I like about Fit day is that it's free and easy to use. What I don't like is that it's American and you have to input a lot of the Canadian foods in it. Making you do a lot of the work. I'm too lazy for that.

But this is a cool gadget and since I'm a guy and guy's like cool gadgets I don't mind inputing the food in this one, weird how that works. I downloaded this the second I saw it. (which was a pain to download by the way) But overall, for $20 US it's worth it. This is a great tool if your a business professional like our clients who don't have much time to log food. They can do it at the restaurant after their meal or in the car on the way back. (I know, that's bad)

For some reason the link is not working right now but it could be worth the wait. This is the ultimate software if you're an athlete. It is so detailed and professional. The best part about it is that is was create with the McGill university so it has all the Canadian foods in it's massive database. It even has an option to see the calories of foods cooked compared to raw (surprising change). This software is expensive and I would only recommend it for personal trainers or nutritionist or maybe someone that is very serious about precisionn in there diet. Oh yeah, there's a free trial, so when it works go try it.
