Yummy Fiber Pancake
Pancakes are usually taboo on a diet but here is a tasty version that is almost all fiber.
1/3 cup almond flour (which is basically ground up almonds)
1 whole egg
added eggwhites (enough for desired consistency)
stevia to taste
cinnamon to taste
berries or other fruit
Mix all together, grease frying pan with coconut oil and cook the pancake on medium heat and enjoy!
(I added on some agave syrup on top and it tasted great. Agave has carbs but they are non-insulin raising carbs)
For those that don't know about counting carbs – those that are fiber do not count, so even though this receipe is mostly carbs most of them are not counted.
