Simple Low Carb Sauce You Can Try
I can't seem to get enough of this sauce. I use it when I cook chicken or beef. It's won't increase blood sugar, is simple and it tastes great.
1 Tbsp of sesame oil
1/2 tsp of minced fresh ginger
1/2 a tsp of crushed red pepper flakes
1 Tbsp of soy sauce
2 Tbsp of vinegar
In a skillet, heat oil at medium heat with ginger and red pepper flakes, then saute for 2-3 minutes. Add meat and increase temperature to medium-high. Cook until it's just about ready. Stir in soy sauce and vinegar and remove immediately. This will serve one person.
