Lemon water

Just adding a lemon wedge to your water every day can help you flush out daily toxins, not to mention it tastes great.

I like to add it to regular water, hot water and soda water.

It also contains vitamin C and boosts your immune system. It also actually reduces your body's acidity level, even though it is an acidic fruit. It creates a more alkaline pH level in your body which is key to warding off diseases.

An organic lemon is best but a regular lemon will still bring added benefits to your water. So squeeze it and drink it!
