Extreme Makeover: Day 33
Here is the list of all the action steps we have covered over the last 32 days.
1. Eat multiples times a day. (4-5 times is best)
2. Eat enough food and enough times to stop from being hungry.
3. Continue the Addition Rule.
4. Continue the Replacement Rule.
5. Follow the Food Guide.
6. Do at least 2 aerobic workouts per week.
7. Do at least 1 resistance workout per week.
8. Read and think about the first eight instructions for peace management.
9. Continue your Spiritual Triathlons.
10. Paint solid-yellow lines around your different lives.
It’s as simple as that! Follow these recommendations and you will definitely see some amazing changes in your body.
