Crazy Abdominal Circuit

Perform 25 reps of each of these exercises one after another. If you can do it non-stop, I’ll eat a bug…ok…maybe not but i will congratulate you.
This circuit mostly targets the lower abdominals. This means that there is a lot of hip flexor involved so those of you with bad backs shouldn’t even attempt this.
