Coffee Reduces Pain
Did you think coffee’s main effect for working out was just to give you energy and get you pumped up and excited to workout? Well it has another added benefit. The University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign discovered something very cool. In this study they found that coffee reduced pain during a training session.
What does that mean?
That means working a little harder, not giving up and pushing beyond the burn. Which will in turn help you build more endurance, more muscle an less bodyfat.
