I love new information on the brain. The brain is the "master controller" of the body.
Keeping the brain healthy by providing it with the right foods, physical exercise and mental exercises can make a world of difference in the way you will feel and act. Phil Marsh from the the Running room recommended I read the book "spark" about the revolutionary new science of exercise and the brain, and now I’m recommending it to you, it’s a great read.
