Hello everyone,
Hope you all had a great weekend.  I sure did.  I went to Louiseville, QC to celebrate Gabrielle's first birthday.  My godchild is such a cutie.  My sister lives about 3 hours away from St-Albert, so Saturday was a long day since we came back that night.  It was nice to see the whole family.  Especially the kids.  Sunday, we went for a sleight ride in St-Albert, ON where my brother owns a team of horses.  It was great.  My weekend was spent away from home, and it is was very hard not to reach out to MAN foods.  I am not so proud of my weekend, but I am happy that I didn't binge because I didn't follow the diet completely.
Saturday, Day 4:
Fitness:  Went for a walk in Louisville to go shopping.

That I would rather keep to myself but I want to be accountable to everyone….
Breakfast: 2 whole wheat toast and a banana
Snack:  peperette
Lunch: Lasagna, 1/2 piece of olive bread, 1 scoop of ice cream with maple topping.
Snack: curds
Dinner: Chicken, potatoes, shrimp and birthday cake.  It was a healthy cake.  Oats and orange…but the icing wasn't healthy.
I had one alcohol drink.  I wasn't that bad after all but I didn't keep to the God's food as much as I wanted too.
Sunday, Day 5:
Fitness: Spend most of the day outside.  It was great.  Walking around, getting on and off the sled.  Going down and up the hill with the kids.  I was tired by the time I got home!.
Breakfast:  2 eggs, 1 toast
Snack: 1 pc of cheese
Lunch: Home made vegetable soup and 1 1/2 cup of pasta salad.
Snack: 1 timbit
Dinner:  Chicken shawarma and garlic potatoes.
Snack: Grapes
Again, not too bad but I could have made a better choice for dinner….
As you can see, I didn't eat all GOD foods.  But I am still happy that I didn't make it an all-weekend binge.  Hope you did better then me the past weekend.
I had booked a lot of things to do this weekend.  I think I managed my time well.  I still wish I could have the house cleaned too, but if you are gone saturday at 7:30 am and come back at 6pm on the sunday night…not much got done.  I will have to work on this week's time management project today to plan me time, my workouts, house cleaning, and groceries.  I will let you know how I did that.  I didn't decide if a chart or calendar will work better for me….
