Amazing Healthy Pumpkin Pie Recipe

I have altered this from last time I posted it to make it healthier and tastier!


1 c. rolled oats
1/2 c. flaked coconut
1/3 c. applesauce
Stevia to taste

-Toast oatmeal in shallow pan in oven for 7 to 9 minutes at 375 degrees. Mix in coconut, applesauce and stevia (and I also add cinnamon).

-Press into pie dish and add filling when ready.




15 oz canned pumpkin
1 1/4 cup almond milk
stevia to taste
1 egg
2 egg whites
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp pumpkin spice

1 scoop whey protein – I prefer vanilla

1tsp maple extract (or you can use vanilla)

-mix all ingredients till well blended
-pour into crust
-bake at 375 degrees for about 60-70 minutes


The whole receipe is 1400 cals, 52.2 grams fat, 151.4 grams carbs (26.5g fiber) and 71.9grams protein – cut it into 8 peices and that is 175 cal/peice.
