Better Over More
Sometimes it’s tempting to do more. More cardio, more workouts more supplements.
But more often than not “more” doesn’t bring you more results. Sometimes it’s better to just focus on doing better. Better means making sure the correct weight is used for every workout. Better means dialing in your diet and not allowing small cheats here and there. Better means timing your meals every 3 hours. Better means making sure your recovery is as important as your training. Better means drinking enough water in a day. Better means managing your stress.
There’s always more room for better.
