Infant mortality was also much higher than it is today, not to mention sanitization issues and getting attacked by predators.

In your first appointment at Free Form Fitness,we will go over Structural Balance Assessments in order to understand your weaknesses and predispositions to certain injuries. This will help us improve your posture, prevent injury and maximize your strength potential all while helping you shed body fat and gain energy in the safest way possible.

In your third appointment at Free Form Fitness*, you will learn how to properly eat in order to nourish your body and immediately improve your health and vitality. Though as humans we have evolved eating a very similar diet for over a million years, there are individual differences in macro-nutrient ratios from person to person.
You will learn how nutrition affects all systems of the body and that by following certain guidelines, you will not only reach your desired weight, but you will manage to keep it off for life, as many of our clients have.
We will identify your proper nutrient ratio and you will then receive a customized nutrition plan upon starting a full training program. We will also ask that you track your food for a two-week period to help us better understand craving triggers and environmental influences.
It’s a matter of replacing bad food options with other more healthy choices. Our goal with nutrition is to teach you what “healthy food” really means, how to implement wholesome nourishing foods in your life and to make sure this will be a sustainable strategy for life.

In your second Session at Free Form Fitness, we will provide you a with a Strategic Overview Plan of each phase of your customized plan, with a week-by-week look at exercise intensity, nutrition and supplementation, cardiovascular fitness and how they all work together. We will look at your nutrition once a week and re-evaluate every six weeks to make sure things are moving at the right speed.
