The missing ingredient for the average Joe or Jane
I would be crazy to think that everyone loved exercise like I do. I mean not everyone was born into the “fitness world” like I was. Most people have tried a few exercise tactics like the gym membership or the DVD with short term results but spend most of their days never thinking about exercise.
In this video I explain the missing ingredient to help those people to lose weight and keep it off for good. I can’t stress how important this missing ingredient is for some people. Most people over look it because they feel they don’t need it at that time they make their decision to get in shape. The problem is that after the short burst of motivation at the start, something often arises and priorities change quickly leaving you back to square one.
